Inside Lydia Brights luxurious birthday spa trip to Cotswolds manor house hotel
Lydia Bright has given a glimpse inside her four-star luxurious birthday spa trip to a five-star Cotswolds manor house hotel.
The 30 year old, who recently begged fans for help with insomnia struggle as she described how 'it's absolute torture', shared a peek inside her relaxing retreat with her 1.2million Instagram followers.
Lydia, who is mum to 22 month old daughter Loretta, shared a snap in the mirror at Dormy House, Cotswolds, and penned: "Let the birthday celebrations begin…"
Panning to the cosy dining room at the rural spa, Lydia wrote: "Starting with the dreamiest spa break…"
Meanwhile Lydia shared a glimpse of her delicious meals at the hotel which include pan-fried fish, scallops, and a steamed pudding for dessert.
However the mum of one revealed that, despite staying at a plush hotel, she was unable to sleep because she is used to early wake-up calls with Loretta.
Sharing a selfie in the gym, Lydia showcased her toned physique in green leggings and black zipped top, captioned: "I can't sleep in anymore now I'm a mum, why is that?
"I had every opportunity this morning. No Loretta, beautiful hotel bed. Anyway, at least I had the gym to myself. DJ Luck, MC Neat and a 5km run, I feel invincible."
Lydia enjoyed a healthy breakfast of smashed avocado and poached eggs along with tea and orange juice to start her morning after her workout.
The gorgeous spa features a plush bathing room which is lit by candlelight and loungers along with a thermal suite which is complete with a Finnish cabin and salt steam room.
Lydia revealed that she felt 'so relaxed and pampered' after a Temple Spa Champagne and Truffles facial which is priced at £145 for 90 minutes.
A standard 'intimate' room at the beautiful hotel starts from £274 while a 'top-notch room' is priced from £364.
It comes after Lydia attended the Kate and Rio Ferdinand's birthday party for their one year old son Cree alongside her daughter Loretta and fellow ITV2 beauty Georgia Kousoulou and her eight month old son Brody.
Cree looked adorable in a brown corduroy outfit paired with white trainers and a bucket hat while Loretta donned a pink dress printed with her name and a matching tutu.
Brody also looked super cute in a grey tracksuit as he posed with Loretta and Brody in the snap captioned by Georgia: "The next generation. Lovely day celebrating Cree 1st birthday. Thank you @xkateferdinand for lovely day."
Lydia also posed with her daughter Loretta in front of the birthday storybook and looked stylish in a printed cardigan and clogs with a vintage hat.
