DEAR DEIDRE: WHEN I first started seeing my girlfriend, our sex life was very passionate. Now it seems she has lost all interest.

We have been a couple for three years, living together for two. She is 31 and so beautiful. I am 37.

I love her and I know she loves me but when we get close and I’m getting aroused, she pushes me away. There is minimal effort from her.

I have tried romancing her with a kiss and a glass of fizz or two and I’ve even tried just taking her up to our bed.

But that doesn’t work either, as she just says she is not in the mood.
