Lucky Sun reader scoops 55in TV, iPad & headphones thanks to Sun Win
STAYING home is now as good as going out for a lucky Sun Win contestant — thanks to an amazing new TV and sound system.
Retired teacher Katharine Euston won a multi-prize giveaway by playing our sensational competition.
The gifts included a 55in LG smart telly, a Sonos Beam Soundbar, headphones, an iPad and a 12-month Netflix subscription.
Katharine, 55, of Bolton, has been shielding since lockdown due to health issues and entered our draw in the hope of picking up the home entertainment centre.
She says the surround sound system rivals any cinema, so much so that she worries that the rumbling noise might upset her neighbours.
She joked: “We will have to secure the foundations.”
Son Rowan, 17, said he is looking forward to playing video games on the 4K TV.
Katharine, who has loved taking part in prize draws since she was 16, added: “I have won a few things over years. It is a hobby.”
