Mrs Hinch’s favourite cleaning product could help keep your home coronavirus-free
Fans of social media cleaning star Mrs Hinch will know that her favourite disinfectant is Zoflora, but what they may not know is that this product could help kill coronavirus in your house.
Cleanfluencer Mrs Hinch, AKA Sophie Hinchcliffe, frequently shares with her 3.2 million followers her love for the bacteria-killing product which smells delicious.
A Zoflora spokesman has now said that, although spray has not actually been tested on the strain of virus known as COVID-19, it could actually help to kill it.
“'The science suggests that Zoflora would be effective against this strain, as it is against other similar viruses within the standard five minutes contact time,” they said to The Mirror.
The cleaning product can be purchased for £1 a bottle from many supermarkets and stores. It also come in 22 different scents, although Mrs Hinch specifically endorses the Mountain Air, Linen Fresh and Springtime options.
The spokesperson added: “Like all other disinfectant products, we have been unable to test efficacy against the specific COVID-19 strain of Coronavirus.”

They also asserted that is proven to kill 99.9 percent of bacteria and viruses. Mum of one, Mrs Hinch, dilutes Zoflora with water then uses it to clean everything in her house, even her kitchen bin.
Earlier this week the star provided us all with a great hack on how to protect bacteria from coming into our house during the coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking to her 3.2 million followers, the social media star shared that she has installed a hand sanitiser station by the front door of her house which is mandatory for everyone that enters to use.
She wrote on the image of that station that she shared on her Instagram Stories: "I have [had] hand sanitiser on this shelf as you walk in the front door for the last week or so! Everyone has to use it when they enter and exit our house for now.”
