M&S shoppers call floral midaxi dress ‘lovely for summer’ and praise its ‘perfect length’
There’s nothing quite like finding a dress that combines colour, comfort and style for summer, and Marks and Spencer’s shoppers think they’ve found the perfect dress for the season on the retailer’s website.
The Floral Midaxi Tea Dress ,£39.50 here , is perfect for any summer plans you might have coming your way thanks to its flattering and comfortable fit and range of bright colours.
The dress comes in five different prints and colours, including a blue and green floral pattern, a black, white and yellow leopard print, and a bright orange, yellow and blue floral print, not to mention a pink leopard print and blue floral print which are both reduced in the sale to £25 and £27 respectively.
With elasticated puff sleeves for volume and a subtle rounded neckline it's comfortable and effortless enough to wear for casual daytime activities, whilst the fitted silhouette and midi length make it perfect for wearing to more formal events like weddings and christenings.
The dress comes in petite, regular and tall ranges, with sizes ranging from 8-20 in the petite and tall range, and sizes 6-24 available in the regular length.
However, many of the sizes have sold out in the blue and green floral and black, white and yellow leopard print so you’ll have to move quickly if you want to snap up one of the dresses. Good news for fans of the colourful orange, blue and green floral dress,£39.50 here , though, as that still has all sizes available, although it only comes in a regular length.
Shoppers have been praising the dress for its ‘perfect length, with one writing: “Good quality, fits lovely, perfect length, very flattering”, and another leaving a five star review saying: “Love this dress…. Really great fit for me. I bought size 10 petite. Fab material, perfect length and fit”
Others couldn’t stop gushing over how vibrant the colours are and how well the dress fits, with one very happy buyer writing: “This is an absolutely stunning Dress which I ordered in the orange colour . Lovely style and very bright colours.
“Very comfortable to wear as I already own this in the lilac/pink which is equally stunning. More bright colours in this style please M&S .I always buy an 18 in this style as I'm between size 16/18. 18 always fits perfectly and hangs beautifully xx”
Some found the fabric a bit too heavy for a hot summer's day, with one reviewer leaving a three star review saying: “Liked the style and the colour/pattern. The fabric was man made and too warm for summer so sadly I returned this dress.”
