Rachel Bilson said Tuesday that she and Rami Malek are “all good” after a recent social media snafu over a high school photo.

“Rami and I actually have talked since that came out,” the former “O.C.” star, 39, said on the “LadyGang” podcast.

“He connected with me, and we’re all good. He was so sweet, and we’re totally fine now, and we talked about it, and we’re good,” Bilson continued.

Last month, the actress revealed that Malek, 39, had reached out and asked her to remove a photo of the pair in high school that she posted to Instagram in 2019, the same year the “Bohemian Rhapsody” star won an Oscar.

“I had posted a throwback of us from our senior trip to New York, Broadway. We were super-nerdy, just the dorkiest picture of both of us,” she previously said on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast.

Bilson, who attended Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, Calif., with Malek, recalled how she received a DM from her former classmate that didn’t contain a warm and fuzzy greeting.

“It wasn’t like, ‘Hey! How are you?’ It was straight to, ‘I would really appreciate if you take that down. I’m a really private person,’” she said.

The fallout from her telling the story, however, left Bilson feeling unsettled.

“I was so mortified though. Like, I was having a panic attack. I had to go to therapy that day, and I was like, ‘I am having anxiety. I did not want this to resurface in this way. I feel so bad. Oh, my God. Rami is going to think I’m doing this again,’” she explained Tuesday.

Bilson added how the situation allowed for her and Malek — who is currently dating Lucy Boynton — to come together again.

“It actually turned out to be a good thing, for a reason, because we were able to reconnect, and, like, make it better and everything’s great,” she said.

A rep for Malek did not immediately return our request for comment.
