Tesco launches half price Yankee Candle deal for Black Friday

TESCO has launched a half price Yankee Candle deal for Black Friday, with six scents to try.

Yankee Candle fans can snap up the gift set for £25 instead of its usual £50 price tag.

The candles, which come in a range of sizes, include white pine cones, cosy up, gingered apples, midnight magnolia, vanilla almond and cherry vanilla.

Before you make a purchase, you should always compare prices to make sure you're getting the best possible deal.

You should only buy something in a sale if you were already planning on making a purchase – otherwise it's not really a saving.

To get the half price deal you have to be a Tesco Clubcard member, and you can sign up online or in store.

Clubcard members can also access a three for two deal on full-size Yankee Candles.

Tesco isn't the only place offering big savings on Yankee Candles on Black Friday, which falls on November 26.

You can bag a half price discount by buying directly with Yankee Candle this year.

It's knocked 50% off the price of its pre-made mixed bundles, reducing them from £60.96 to £30.48.

The sets include two candles – one big and one small – a scent diffuser and tealights.

If it's just one large candle you're after, Amazon is selling them at discounted rates, starting at £13.99 down from £24.99.

There are plenty of scents in stock, including cinnamon stick, Christmas magic and cherry blossom.

Other retailers have launched early Black Friday sales, including Argos which is offering an extra 20% off toys.
