These hacks will help you keep your white trainers looking brand new
Nothing quite beats a box fresh pair of white kicks to sport with a new summer dress or your favourite pair of jeans.
But after a few wears, you will often find scuffs, dirt and general wear and tear. So, how do we keep them looking fresh for more than three weeks?
Well, we’ve got a few tips to help you out.
Five common stains and how to remove them
Peter Andre revealed on his Instagram stories how he cleans his grubby white trainers. He demonstrated his cleaning technique using the new Flash magic eraser sponges.
Start by soaking the sponge under some warm water to activate the eraser magic and gently wipe the dirt away.
Although the star was paid to post about this new cleaning hack, the results spoke for themselves.
It appears trainers are not the only thing the eraser is good for, he also scrubbed away crayon marks from his white walls, the possibilities are endless.

For hard to reach areas
Simply grab an old tooth brush, warm water and soap.
Scrub gently at those areas a sponge wont reach and voila all gone.
For the laces
Whatever you do, do NOT get tempted to toss your trainers in the washing machine, they will either damage your trainers or the washing machine itself.
You can gently wash your laces in a sink full of warm soap water and allow them to air dry.

When your trainers start to get really old and the colour starts to fade, you can use bleach but in small quantities.
Most shoe-care guides suggest using one part bleach with five parts water, if you don’t stick to this guide you could end up with a yellow tone.
Dip your old toothbrush in diluted bleach solution and gently scrub at the shoes and rinse with warm water.
