Waitrose is offering express delivery of Mother’s Day flowers on Deliveroo

As Mother's Day approaches and lockdown continues, gifts that can be enjoyed from the comfort of home is what everyone is looking for.

Waitrose and Deliveroo have joined forces, creating the perfect Mother's Day delivery service for Brits who've left gift buying to the last minute or those won't be spending the day as usual with their mum on Mothering Sunday.

With research from Deliveroo suggesting that up to 47% of Brits won’t get to see their mum's due to lockdown restrictions this year, the delivery service will be offering an array of gorgeous fresh flowers from Waitrose for customers to order. With some purchases set to be delivered within 30 minutes of placing an order – now how's that for last minute?

Mother's Day is also the biggest day for Waitrose flower sales, with tulips topping the list of floral favourites, closely followed by roses and lilies. Here is the wide range of flowers that will be available for delivery on Deliveroo below.

Shoppers can also pick up a Waitrose food bundle for Mother’s Day with Deliveroo if they're looking for something extra to send along with their blooms. There's a Mother’s Day luxury Traditional, Continental Breakfast and a luxury Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea bundle, for multiple tasty ways to celebrate this year.

Deliveroo first announced their partnership with Waitrose in September last year. The contact-free service is now available from 40 Waitrose stores across the UK (subject to availability).
