West Ham frustrated
West Ham are growing increasingly frustrated with the delay of Declan Rice’s move to Arsenal and fear they could miss out on key targets as a result, reports SunSport's Jordan Davies.
The Hammers accepted a record-breaking £105million bid and Rice is believed to have passed a medical, but the deal is yet to be signed off with Gunners lawyers still working on the player’s contract.
SunSport understands the West Ham hierarchy is tired of the drawn-out process, and have been left with a bitter taste over the North Londoners' actions throughout the negotiations.
Rice is training alone in Portugal as he awaits the conclusion of the switch.
Meanwhile, West Ham are yet to act in the summer transfer window themselves, awaiting Rice’s departure to be concluded before splashing any cash on replacements.
They are likely to miss out on Leicester star Harvey Barnes with Newcastle set to land the £40m winger, while they fear being priced out of a move for Fulham ace Joao Palhinha.

Arsenal are set to sign Jurrien Timber, whom manager Mikel Artet areportedly wants to operate as a right-back.
Ben White, who spent last season playing in that position, was spotted having a conversation with Bukayo Saka and new attacking coach Hussain Isa.

Happy campers
Arsenal have begun their pre-season training at the state-of-the-art Adidas facility in Germany.
The 'Arena' was opened by the sportswear company almost three years ago in Herzogenaurach, and it has now opened its doors to the Gunners.
The £850million complex contains a football pitch and a top-of-the-range gym that offers CrossFit and yoga courses.
There are also tennis and basketball courts on site, as well as a running track and bouldering climbing walls.
Arsenal stars will also have access to a swimming pool and a beach volleyball court, allowing them to unwind after training sessions.
The campus is home to 5,600 employees and the futuristic design of the 'Arena' means it appears to float in mid-air.

Harry Redknapp has claimed that Kai Havertz has not shown his best since moving to England.
However, the former Tottenham boss believes he and Declan Rice will be "big signings" for the club.
He told talkSPORT: "I think he’ll (Rice) be a great signing for them. I think they’ve made a couple – him and Havertz.
"We haven’t seen the best of him. He’s got to be better than what he has shown at Chelsea.

He told Genting Casino: "I can see Thomas Partey still playing a part for Arsenal.

Arsenal could be set to receive a huge discount on Declan Rice with West Ham keen on Folarin Balogun, according to reports.
The Gunners are closing in on a deal for the Hammers captain after having a £105million bid accepted.
Now football.london claim that West Ham want to sign Balogun.
Balogun is supposedly keen to leave Arsenal permanently in the search for more assured minutes.

Chelsea legend Pat Nevin has called Arsenal's deal to sign Kai Havertz an "absolute cracker".
He said: "I think Havertz could still be one of the greatest players of his generation.
"Arsenal have sealed an absolute cracker of a deal with Havertz.
"I’m really confident that Mikel Arteta will be able to get the best out of him as well.
