Chelsea flop Tiemoue Bakayoko on transfer radar of PSG and Monaco who are plotting late move – The Sun
CHELSEA flop Tiemoue Bakayoko is set to be handed a career lifeline by Paris Saint-Germain or former club Monaco, according to reports.
The midfielder has struggled for form at Stamford Bridge since his £40million move from Monaco in 2017.
And he has been no better during his recent loan spell at AC Milan.
The 24-year-old Frenchman was left out of Frank Lampard's squad for Chelsea's Premier League opening weekend drubbing by Manchester United and their Uefa Super Cup final defeat by Liverpool.
NO FUTURE
And as it appears Bakayoko has no future at Chelsea, The Express claim the French pair will come to his rescue.
The Blues are currently under a two-window transfer ban but can still sell players.
And the European transfer window does not shut until September 2 so there is still time for a homecoming to be arranged.
Bakayoko was recently linked with a loan move to Turkish champions Galatasaray but Chelsea are said to prefer a permanent departure.
Earlier in the summer, the Frenchman called PSG the 'club of his heart'.
And there were even reports linking him with a move to Old Trafford.
