Erling Haaland's agent Mino Raiola and father Alf-Inge were reportedly set to continue their transfer tour on Friday with a trip to England.
Reports from Spain suggested that the Norwegian's entourage would meet Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool after a trip to Spain a day earlier.
There, they held meetings with El Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona about the Dortmund star's future.
However, the UK government told the Daily Mail that any such meeting in the UK would breach quarantine rules.
Like all arrivals, Raiola and Haaland Sr would have to self-isolate for ten days upon landing in the UK and take two PCR tests to secure their release, making a meeting with the Premier League's top clubs unfeasible.
