Jack Wilshere makes SHOCK transfer to Danish club as ex-Arsenal star holds shirt in leaked picture
JACK WILSHERE has signed for Danish team Aarhus Gymnastikforening – ending his footballing hiatus.
The ex-Arsenal midfielder has been without a club since leaving Bournemouth last year.
He had been training with the Gunners and manager Mikel Arteta as his search for a return to football dragged on.
But finally, Wilshere has found his move with AGF confirming the deal.
Manager Stig Inge Bjornebye said: "He is in good physical shape, but of course lacks some combat training.
"It will probably come, and we look forward to seeing him in the white jersey when he has fallen well into place."
Wilshere, who will wear No10, added: "I am very much looking forward to contributing to the team.
"I'm physically in really good shape and I feel fit, so now for me it's about getting into the squad and see if I can earn some playing time for the club and contribute to get some wins."

Wilshere, who SunSport understands is on a £7,000-a-week, had been linked with a move to France or Italy at one point and even sparked rumours he could return to Arsenal.
He was spotted with a club number in training but the man himself admitted Arteta was not so keen on the idea.
When asked why he won't be staying at Arsenal, Wilshere said on talkSPORT: "Because the manager doesn't want me to.
"Well, I don't think he does."
And when asked if there was even a slight chance of his return to Arsenal, he added: "I don't know that. I would love it to be Arsenal.
"But I am not in control of that."
The midfielder endured a number of injury set-backs throughout his career, even at West Ham from 2018–2020.
But Wilshere will hope his move to the Danish top flight can spark a career turnaround.
