Man Utd ‘considering dumping £85.5m flop Antony in shock swap transfer to bolster attacking ranks’ | The Sun

MANCHESTER UNITED are open to letting Antony leave on loan to sweeten a deal for another player, according to reports.

The Red Devils' have made a poor start to the season but managed to beat Fulham 1-0 yesterday.

Despite the positive result, it was a difficult afternoon for Antony with fans slamming his performance before he was subbed off for Facundo Pellistri after 63 minutes.

And Man Utd have reportedly had enough of their £85.5million flop and could let him leave Old Trafford.

With Sir Jim Ratcliffe's 25 per cent takeover not yet complete, the club must battle financial fair play rules until they see the extra cash injection.

United want to bolster their attacking options in January but can only look at cheap deals.
