MANCHESTER UNITED fans are convinced Man City out Joao Cancelo wants to move to Old Trafford after his reply to a Bruno Fernandes post.
The Red Devils midfielder produced a man of the match display to help his team claim a 2-0 win at Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Following the game, Fernandes took to Instagram to hail his side’s impressive display.
The 28-year-old wrote: “On the road but always focused on our goal.
“Great performance from the team this afternoon and thank you to the away fans.”
That led to an influx of responses from supporters, but his fellow Portuguese international also waded in.

One wrote: “He wanna come to OT lol.”
Another said: “Cancelo as our RB next season.”

A fellow fan commented: “Can we do a Tevez with Cancelo.”
And another added: “Bro wants to join us.”
Meanwhile, City fans booed their own player Cancelo as Bayern Munich bought on the loanee in their 3-0 Champions League thumping at the Etihad last week.
Cancelo was loaned out to Bayern in January following a spat with Guardiola.
He has made 14 appearances for the German giants so far but found himself left out of the starting XI over recent weeks.
He returned to the side for Bayern on Saturday but was replaced on 80 minutes by Ryan Gravenberch as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Hoffenheim.
