Man Utd to complete transfer of £9m Monaco wonderkid Hannibal Mejbri on Tuesday – The Sun
MANCHESTER UNITED will complete the £9million signing of Monaco wonderkid Hannibal Mejbri on Tuesday, according to reports in France.
The Red Devils have been chasing the wantaway teenager, 16, all summer after his family rowed with Monaco officials.
And United used Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial to persuade Mejbri to join the club this summer, say Le Parisien.
And Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has also agreed terms with Monaco – and will pay £4.5m up front and £4.5m in bonuses.
Mejbri is under contract at the Ligue 1 club until June 2021, but his family hoped to have his deal annulled.
The young star's dad – former Tunisia international, Lofti – has cited an "issue of trust" as the reason for wanting to get his son out of Monaco.

Reports claim the family of the eight-cap Under-16s international believe the five-year contract had not been "ratified properly".
And Lofti claimed: "Something bad happened. For our family, it was very hard to live. It's a real shock, a trauma.
"There were mistakes made and, from there, I consider the relationship of trust between the club and our family destroyed."
Since January, the family have been hunting for a new club for Hannibal – with Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea also thought to be interested.
Youngster Mejbri's story is a fascinating one, with his dad hoping his son would pursue a career as a lawyer or doctor.
He once said: "Even if he does [make it as a pro footballer], I do not want him to have a chickpea for a brain in his head."
Mejbri will now join Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Daniel James and Harry Maguire – on the brink of concluding his £85m deal – in heading to Old Trafford this summer.
