Manchester United starlet Kieran O’Hara charged after being accused of BITING opponent during Peterborough vs Burton – The Sun

ON-LOAN Manchester United goalkeeper Kieran O’Hara has been charged by the FA for allegedly biting an opponent.

The Republic of Ireland international goalkeeper, 23, is currently on-loan with League One side Burton Albion.

And he has been hit with the charge of alleged violent and/or improper conduct for his behaviour in the 44th-minute of their clash against Peterborough on Saturday.

Reports claimed on social media that he bit opponent Sam Szmodics during the 1-1 draw with the Peterborough Telegraph since confirming confirmed that the allegations centre upon the Robins forward.

The goalkeeper now has until Friday 6 March to respond to the FA charge.

O’Hara escaped punishment for the incident, which occurred while defending a corner, but the governing body has now intervened.
