Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid are the leading contenders to clinch Sterling's coveted signature before the transfer window closes on February 3.
The Spanish heavyweights clearly have the funds to complete a marquee signing having bid £171million for Kylian Mbappe on Deadline Day.
Tottenham are next at 12/1, and that price could shorten if City rekindle their interest in talisman Harry Kane.
Newcastle are also priced at 12s after their Saudi-backed £305m takeover.
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are offered at 14/1 and 20/1 respectively, while Liverpool and Arsenal complete the field at 40/1 and 50/1.
The England international has started one Premier League game since the opening weekend of the season.
The 26-year-old, whose contract expires in June 2023, has slipped down the pecking order after the £100million arrival of Jack Grealish.

He's clearly in no mood to warm the bench and alerted several of Europe's elite to his availability when admitting that he's always 'dreamed' of playing abroad.
Speaking at the FT Business of Sport US summit, Sterling said: "I am not someone who complains.
"I have not tried to make it a bigger deal than it is. I am just raring to go, play football and score regularly.
"If there was the opportunity to go somewhere else, I would be open to it.
"At this moment in time, football is the most important thing to me.
"I have always had something that maybe one day I would love to play abroad and see how I meet that challenge."
Manager Pep Guardiola responded to Sterling's interview during a press conference ahead of this weekend's clash with Burnley.
But refused to offer any assurances, simply telling the England hero that he must fight for his place like everyone else.
Guardiola said: "Raheem is our player and will hopefully be an incredibly important player for us. Some players want to play all the time but I can't assure them of that."
"They have to be delighted to be at this club. If this is not the case, they are free to take the decision for the best of the players."
