"As it remains a pending case, we currently have no further comment."
Olesen, who will appear in court on August 21, is accused of urinating in the first-class aisle and has been charged with sexual assault, being drunk on an aircraft and common assault.

"It was shocking behaviour. You would expect it maybe on a budget airline but not in the first-class cabin on BA."
Olesen and Poulter had been playing in the WGC-FedEx St Jude Invitational at Memphis the week before last.
Olesen, who lives in London, finished a disappointing 27th and tweeted: “Now for some time off and practice to get things right.”

He added: “He then went to sleep and the first he knew of anything else was when the police were waiting at Heathrow.”
