Tony Bellew slams coach's 'STUPID' training methods after he unloads flurry of shots on three defenceless boxers
TONY BELLEW has slammed a boxing coach for his 'stupid' and dangerous training methods.
The former cruiserweight champion noticed a viral clip of a trainer's 'unusual' methods.
The disturbing 14 second clip from an unknown beachside location shows a wannabe coach unleashing shots on defenceless budding fighters.
Clearly under instruction not to fight back or try and defend, three men can be seen allowing the coach to tee off numerous shots without reply.
Noticing the clip, Bellew warned against such dangerous exercises.
The 39-year-old wrote: "Just to be clear this isn’t a training method it’s just STUPIDITY!
"You train and prepare how you fight!
"When do you just stand there and let someone tee off with 4/5 punch combinations? NEVER!

Fortunately it wasn't all negative for Bellew on social media this weekend, however.
The former boxing great is also a big football fan, and loved the viral clip of Brandon Williams reacting angrily to being shoved to the ground… before realising it was Christian Eriksen and giving him a hug.
He tweeted: "This made me laugh and put a smile on my face.. ???"
