1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton – now Tammy Willingham – looked slimmer than ever as she glammed up for a new TikTok video.
The TLC reality star is used to appearing alongside her sister Amy Slaton, documenting their weight loss battles together. Now Tammy is spending time at a food rehabilitation centre in an attempt to drop the pounds.
And it’s clearly working, as the star looks totally unrecognisable in a spate of social media videos.

In her latest clip, posted on December 30, Tammy performed a duet with a young boy called Carter and his nan – lip-syncing along to a song from SpongeBob SquarePants.
Tammy could be seen wearing a loose blue t-shirt and glasses, with an oxygen cannula in her nostrils and a freckle filter placed over the clip.
It appears the breathing tube that entered Tammy’s throat has now been removed, with bandages visible in various videos.
Fans have been praising Tammy for her incredible weight loss so far, as the star appeared in a baggy green dress for a previous video.
Some just couldn’t believe the difference, as one commenter said: “Tammy you’re looking great!”
“Tammy how much weight [did] you lose, you look amazing!” someone else wondered, as a third fan penned: “Cute you look awesome Tammy and congratulations on your marriage.”
Another gushed: “You look amazing! So happy for you, we’re all rooting for you.”
While a fifth fan told Tammy: “You look so happy and healthy I hope you had an awesome Christmas.”

Tammy has undergone a radical change at the rehab centre – as, aside from dropping the pounds, she’s gained a husband.
Tammy tied the knot with hubby Caleb Willingham, 39, at the Ohio rehab centre, where they are both patients.
Her sister Amy was in attendance at the sweet ceremony, with Tammy wowing in a white dress and veil before taking her place in a wheelchair to pose for pictures.
She said: “You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you’ll all know me as Mrs Tammy Willingham. I’m married now!”
A source told The US Sun: “She began dating Caleb in rehab. They have a lot of the same struggles that they can share. They’ve been a huge support for each other [in rehab], which is awesome.”
