BBC Breakfast fans have hit out at one of the hosts after he appeared to seem uninterested in her report.
Roger Johnson, who hosted the BBC morning show with Victoria Valentine, was speaking to Jane Dougall who was based in Sydney.
She was covering the Women's World Cup, discussing the Lioness' reaching the semi-final stage for the third time in a row.

After introducing the segment, Johnson beamed live to Jane, who was standing in front of the Sydney Opera House.
"Let's go live to Sydney, let's talk to Jane Dougall. She's there for us with the Opera House behind and the ferry going across from Manley behind you," he said.
This then led the Scottish reporter to continue with her analysis of the Lioness' victory over Colombia.
But despite the seriousness of the story and her pride in covering what was going on, Roger seemed distracted.
Whilst Jane was speaking, Roger continued to comment on the number of ferries jetting past behind her.
"Jane thank you very much. Look at how many ferries there are! It's very busy there, isn't it," he joked.
"You've got two behind you – one's already gone past. Goodness me!"
Victoria tried to salvage the segment, saying to Jane: "We were paying attention to your report as well!"
This caused her to look behind herself to see what the commotion was.
Dougall later explained that the boats behind her were actually commuter ferries heading back and forth from the local beaches including Bondi and Manley beaches.
"Lots of people use them – it's like buses here!," she quipped.
Fans were not impressed with Johnson, who regularly hosts the BBC's regional news in the North West.
Taking to social media, one viewer blasted Roger, writing: "Couch drone with the demeanour of a frightened schoolboy talking to someone in Sydney: 'Look at the ferries! Look at them go!'"
Another made fun of how Roger had pronounced Bondi Beach, a beach not far from where the reporter was based: "Bonzi Beach? It's Bondi Beach."
Whilst a third hit out on why a Scottish reporter was covering English football., to which another viewer replied: "Because there's no Scottish sport & she'd be out of a job".
