Cheryl shows off how flexible she is as she warms up backstage at The Greatest Dancer – The Sun

SHE may be more than three times their age, but Cheryl has proved she is just as flexible as her young finalists on The Greatest Dancer

The singer, 36, shared a cute video of herself rehearsing with Lily, 11, and Joseph 9 as they get ready for Saturday's big final.

The dance captain teased a glimpse of what was in store for the trio but was soon left exhausted by the over-excited youngsters.

However, Cheryl, who has a long background in dance, proved she is flexible as she is seen stretching into a dance position as Lily and Joseph started doing back flips effortlessly.

Cheryl told her followers: "So I'm here in Sunderland with Lily and Joseph, we're practising our duet. Are you liking it?"

Lily and Joseph have been dancing contemporary together for just over a year after meeting at dance school.

The pair have gone from strength to strength throughout the series, despite a shaky start.

In the early stages of the competition, Cheryl broke down in tears after telling young Joseph to "work on his emotions" in the early stages of the competition.

Cheryl encouraged Joseph not to cry when he got choked up on stage.

The child dancer said to Cheryl: "Thank you so much this has been the best experience ever…"

The dance captain replied: "We're not going to cry this week because we're going to work on those emotions… I love you so much!"

However, now Joseph and Lily face their toughest test yet in the final of the show.

Including them, there are just four acts left on the show.

Making up Oti Mabuse's squad is Latin & ballroom pair Michael and Jowita.

Todrick's act is mixed contemporary dance group Dancepoint.

Matthew Morrison's act is contemporary soloist Harrison Vaughan.

But only one dance act will scoop the £50,000 cash prize and the chance to perform on Strictly Come Dancing later in 2020.
