Coronation Street spoilers: Derek attempts to scam murderer Gary Windass and sell the factory to Nick and Sarah

CORONATION Street's Gary Windass' stooge Derek will try to scam the dodgy builder out of the factory by selling it to Nick and Sarah.

The dodgy builder has found himself on a downward spiral in recent months and it seems his bad boy ways will get the better of him as Derek attempts to trick him.

Corrie viewers have watched Gary Windass – played by Mikey North – get involved in some dodgy dealings in recent months. 

The evil builder has been operating as a loan shark after murdering villain Rick who was terrorising the cobbles. 

Fans of the ITV soap will also know that the bad boy then found a safe brimming of money in a storage unit belonging to his murder victim.

Gary has been rebuilding the Underworld with the money, but has been keeping his funds a secret by using his stooge Derek as a cover. 

Gary has been claiming Derek is a rich businessman who’s invested in the factory even though he is actually one of Rick’s clients.

However, things haven't quite gone to plan for the shady builder.

In September, Gary was furious to discover that Derek had been signing contracts and agreeing rent reductions in his absence. 

The killer berated Derek for signing paperwork without him as well as trying things on with his ex Izzy behind his back.

But has Gary been playing with fire by making threats to Derek?

In an upcoming episode, Derek calls by the furniture shop and demands £3k but Gary only hands him a few quid and tells him to clear off.

During lunch with Maria at the Bistro later, Gary spots Nick and Sarah and is immediately suspicious.

Sure enough, Nick and Sarah secretly meet up with Derek and agree to buy the factory from him.

Will Derek manage to scam Gary or will he end up getting windassed?

Corrie fans will have to tune in to find out what happens to the bad boy of the cobbles, with exact plot details being kept firmly under wraps for now.
