The pair had dated in 2017, with the couple going public in May of that year. However, things went south quickly for the twosome, and split just two months later.
Sources close to the pair at the time said there was too much pressure to make the relationship work, saying that "something had to give" in the end.
Brocklebank has been unlucky in love, detailing his love woes when he appeared on the celebrity version of Channel 4's First Dates.
But since then, he has found love after going public with his new relationship to beau Jordan Coulthard.
Jordan, who is an aspiring musician and police officer, was first linked to the actor at the beginning of July.
Since then, however, the pair have gone from strength to strength, with Daniel taking to social media to promote his new lover's song whilst posting a pic of the cute couple.
Things have gotten even more close for the pair, as Daniel posted another snap of the pair's hands joined together.
In the caption, the Corrie star had just one word to describe the situation; "This", together with a heart emoji.
Coulthard was quick to show his love for his new beau, commenting under the post: "You," with a love heart. "I do really need to stop biting my nails though x".
Fans immediately sent their admiration for the happy couple, with many gushing in heart emojis.
One user commented: "You two are just the cutest!", whilst another said: "I love this, your happy ever after".

Jordan and Daniel's relationship was first shown when ex- Eastenders star Cheryl Ferguson posted a pic of the trio at the Lytham Festival in Lancashire.
The Heather Trott actress wrote on the post: "Met some Corrie pals, Tony Maudsley, Daniel Brocklebank and his fella Jordan Coulthard. What an eve x".
