Coronation Street villain in shock return with horror drug storyline | The Sun
CORONATION Street is bringing back one of its villains for a new horror drugs storyline.
Drug dealer and all-round bag egg Dean Turnball will make a cobbles comeback later this year, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
Actor and television presenter Anthony Crank will reprise his role.
Dean was last seen on Coronation Street last May when he left struggling Abi Webster for dead when she tricked him into admitting he stole a sports car from the garage.
She was forced to use it as a battering ram to escape a smoke-filled garage.
That came just days after he abandoned her when she went into surprise early labour with her baby.

But now Dean is set to return and it won’t just be Abi he’s after.
A source said: “Dean’s back for a limited time but he’s just as dangerous as before.
“He’s got history with Abi but she’s not the only addict on the street that Dean knows – Cassie Plummer could be in his orbit too.
“It’s definitely one to watch.”
