EastEnders fans call out Shane Richie blunder as he addresses co-star | The Sun
FREDDIE Slater went missing from Albert Square last night as he searched for his father Graham Foster.
And when Alfie Moon looked for him, EastEnders viewers were shocked to hear him call the lad by his off-screen name.
Bobby Brazier has become a favourite among fans of the BBC One soap as his character's bubbly, outspoken and heart-warming personality earned him the friendship of many residents in Walford.
Since he first appeared in Albert Square, Freddie Slater has become pals with Bobby Beale (played by Clay Milner Russell) and the pals both work in the local chippy together.
During last night's trip to the Square, Freddie decided to seek his father Graham Foster (Alex McSweeney), leaving his loved ones worried he would find out the truth about his parentage.
Alfie Moon (played by Shane Richie) stormed over to the chippy alongside and alarmed Kat Slater and concerned Billy Mitchell.

The trio quickly grilled Bobby for Freddie's whereabouts but actor Shane Richie was apparently so invested in his role that he let out a Freudian slip.
"Freddie, if Bobby's meeting his dad, we need to know where, when and how", Alfie was heard saying.
Soap fans jumped on social media, confused and questioning whether Alfie had simply mixed up the names as Freddie was the one meeting his father not Bobby.
"Howling at this blooper squeezing it's way into tonight's episode when Alfie speaks to Bobby", one viewer commented.
