EastEnders’ Natalie Cassidy shows off transformation after losing 3 stone
Longstanding EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy showcased her svelte proportions on a recent shopping trip.
The 37-year-old, who is better known for playing Sonia Fowler on the BBC soap, looked slimmer than ever as she ventured out in Essex.
Wearing a loose-fitting jumpsuit, it was clear to see the results of Natalie's transformational weight loss journey.
Natalie paired her all-black attire with a matching protective face mask for her shopping trip.
The sassy all-in-one item, boasted three quarter length sleeves and culotte baggy trousers, that slenderised her curves.
Keeping her look casual, she kicked back in a pair of on-trend and worn-in Converse trainers.
With her brunette locks swept back into a low tied ponytail, she got to work at running some essential errands.
Natalie stunned the nation this year when she turned up to the National TV Awards, as she showed off her image overhaul after dropping from a size 16 to a size eight, and she's been keeping up her fitness regime in lockdown.
Speaking to The Sun, at the time, she confessed to feeling "much more confident and comfortable".
She told the publication: "I have learnt how to eat and how to be comfortable with who I am."
The legendary TV starlet indicated that the London Marathon also contributed to herself overhauling her diet and fitness.
Natalie took on the challenge last year, in honour of her former EastEnders co-star, Barbara Windsor, who has Alzheimer's.
The mum-of-two completed the 26.2 mile run in an incredible five hours and 27 minutes.
During her rigorous training regime, Natalie unveiled to her Twitter followers that she had ran 18 miles in just one day, in preparation for the race.
