Emmerdale spoilers: Charity Dingle kills Lee Posner to finish him after ‘coma’ bombshell?
Victoria (played by Isabel Hodgins) has been plagued by vile rapist Lee (Kris Mochrie) ever since he sexually assaulted her following Emmerdale’s Big Night Out scenes on the ITV soap.
And when he and his mother Wendy discovered Victoria was pregnant with his child, the pair have been harassing the the pregnant survivor over access when the baby’s born.
Things came to a head in last night’s double bill as the whole village was transformed into a scene out of the Wild Wild West.
Furious with Lee continuing to try and antagonise him over his little sister, Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) ended up losing control and the pair got into a violent altercation.
Robert then hit Lee over the head with a shovel, leaving his lifeless body lying on the ground.
Tonight’s episode saw the police questioning Victoria on what happened after Robert was released from the prison cells, but it was later revealed to be much worse than originally thought.
Charity (Emma Atkins) was raped and abused by Detective Inspector Bails as a teenager, later giving birth to Ryan Stocks (James Moore).
The pub landlord has therefore been a support system for Victoria but could her anger about her situation lead her to go and finish the job with Lee?
The police eventually came in to the pub and revealed the truth about Lee’s condition.
“In a coma?” Victoria asked, in shock.

If Mr Posner’s condition continues to deteriorate you could be looking at attempted murder
Emmerdale policeman
“If and when he does wake up and when he’s well enough to give a statement, we’ll call you in for further questioning,” the policeman continued.
“What do you mean if?” Robert (Ryan Hawley) pressed slowly, but it seemed he already knew the answer.
“Given his injuries there’s a chance he may not regain consciousness at all,” the officer said gravely.
“You might want to prepare yourself,” he then added. “If Mr Posner’s condition continues to deteriorate you could be looking at attempted murder, or worse.”
Will Charity take the decision out of everyone’s hands and go and finish Lee off herself, sneaking in to the hospital and grabbing the evil character while he’s vulnerable?
Also on the ITV soap, Victoria and Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) had a heart-to-heart.
“Lee could have died yesterday and that would be Rob’s life over as well,” Aaron said starkly.
“I thought I did want him dead,” Victoria noted, but her mind quickly changed.
“You want justice that’s all, same as all of us,” Aaron insisted, nodding as Victoria said she “willed” Lee to live when he was lying on the ground unconscious.
“So did I – not just for Robert’s sake. I want him to live with the guilt of what he did to you,” Aaron continued. “He’s in denial now, but it’ll catch up with him eventually. It caught up with Gordon. You know he never showed me one scrap of remorse and then when he died, I thought he got away with it. And if it hadn’t been for Jason I still would.
“Gordon admitted it to him. Said he hated himself for what he did. And although I was happy I still felt cheated.”
“Do you really think Lee will admit it one day?” Victoria asked hopefully, and Aaron insisted: “He has to. Even if it’s just to himself. And it might take years, you can still hope.
“And you have to Vic. Robert can kick off all he likes – that’s the only real bit of justice you’re gonna get.
