“We just started uncovering some of the layers for all characters, across the board, that we want to dive into. [Showrunner] Deb [J. Fisher] and I are hoping we get the chance.”
Lampert went on to tell Oprah Magazine: “The relationship between Ginny and Georgia is the third character in the show.
“It lives on its own. It’s constantly changing and evolving.
“There are so many scenes where the two of them are communicating with each other over everyone’s head. They’re intrinsically wound.”
The show has also attracted criticism after featuring a line about Taylor Swift, which the singer called out on Twitter and branded “sexist”.
Fans of Swift have now leapt to the defence of the pop star and hit out at the show, causing a social media storm.
