I Can See Your Voice fans in hysterics as Alison Hammond reveals she was BABY SPICE in Spice Girls tribute act
ALISON Hammond had I Can See Your Voice fans in hysterics as she revealed she was BABY SPICE in a Spice Girls tribute act.
The This Morning presenter, 46, proudly relived her days in a tribute band to the Spice Up Your Life hitmakers in her early days.
Alisonsaid she was in the band while working in Tunisia.
She said: "I was Baby Spice, a lot of people thought I was going for a different Spice Girl but I went for Baby Spice."
Jimmy Carr could not resist a joke and said she should have been Mel C.
The funnyman said: "What about Mel C? You're Sporty but you went for Baby?"
Fans loved it and flocked to Twitter to comment.
One wrote: "Love Alison Hammond on I Can See Your Voice. She's so funny glad she's on this panel."
Another said: "Jimmy Carr has me in stitches."
Meanwhile in the show Amanda Holden was also the target of Jimmy's jokes.
First Amanda cheekily name-dropped having lunch with Miley Cyrus to discuss how the best singers perform.
Jimmy joked: "I'd like to apologise for the panel tonight."
Amanda later also sent herself up during the show by poorly singing her single Over The Rainbow.
She had originally mimed the track perfectly and showed off her lipsyncing skills.
Then Jimmy teased her and said that it was poor because the recording wasn't her real voice.
He challenged her to sing live, and Amanda accepted.
But when she opened her mouth she jokingly sung in a hideous voice and had the panel, including guest singer Louise Redknapp, in hysterics.
