I'M A Celebrity fans believe they've worked out 'the exact moment' Grace Dent decided to quit the show.
The food critic was last night voted to do another Bushtucker trial alongside Josie Gibson – despite confessing: "I have nothing left".
It's now been revealed Grace is the first to leave the jungle on medical grounds.
She had previously confided in her co-star: "I've had enough".
It's after Grace's appearance sparked health concerns from viewers, who demanded she see a doctor.
The 50-year-old also had to have a critter flushed out of her ear during Touchdown of Terror.

But Grace came under fire for her perceived lack of effort during the group Bushtucker trial, Locker Shocker.
In response, viewers opted to "punish" her through the public vote, selecting her to face another Bushtucker trial alongside Nella Rose.
Grace pulled Josie to one side and admitted: “I’ve had enough. I’ve completely had enough.
"I've just completely, mentally gone. I just want to go home.”

One viewer had insisted: "Grace needs to see a doctor looking ill!"
A second commented: "Grace looks more and more ill every time they show her. Didn't vote for her to do the trial as she doesn't look well enough to stand up, never mind anything more energetic!"
"Grace looks so ill," a third said.
A show spokesperson said: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."
Meanwhile others wanted to see more of Grace pushing herself – and voted for her to do a trial in Monday night's show.
She will be replaced by her campmate Danielle – who was the third most voted for star.
Grace's exit will be aired on I'm A Celebrity tonight from 9pm on ITV.
