I’m A Celeb’s Caitlyn Jenner unveils surgery secret before meeting Kris Jenner

Caitlyn Jenner spoke candidly to her fellow I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmates about being the most famous transgender person in the world in tonight's episode.

During the chat with former Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle and EastEnder's Jacqueline Jossa, the 70-year-old made some confessions.

The parent of Kylie and Kendall Jenner revealed she "chopped off" her boobs when she married Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kris Jenner.

Kris and Caitlyn, then Bruce Jenner, married in 1991 and went on to have two children together.

Speaking of the moment she came out as a woman to the world, iconically on the front cover of Vanity Fair, Caitlyn said it was "important" to her that it made a big impact on social media.

She said: "As soon as the cover of Vanity Fair broke, in the next four hours and one minute, it broke the world record for the fastest to 1 million followers on Twitter.

"For me this was a big FU to the millions and millions of people out there that had said terrible things about me.

"It just came out and it just shocked them."

Talking of her surgeries and her transgender journey, Caitlyn said she was taking oestrogen back in the 80s and developed boobs but stopped and had them removed after she met Kris.

She explained: "I was on oestrogen back in the 80's and had a little 36/38B and then I met Kris and had them chopped off.

"The second time around, 25 years later, I was back on oestrogen obviously and they came back some but not much.

"So I really had to have them done so it is kind of past the point of no return."

Fans rushed to Twitter to praise the grandmother for her honesty, one wrote: "Caitlyn is a f*****g legend."

Another said: "The love I have for Caitlyn."

A third tweeted: "Caitlyn is so brave."
