Forget dingo dollars – Sam Thompson is set to be the real winner of I’m A Celebrity and is set to rake in millions when he leaves the jungle.
The Made in Chelsea and social media star went into the Aussie jungle as an underdog but has emerged a favourite to win ever since. The bookie’s fave was also chosen by every one of his campmates as their winner – and now the Daily Star Sunday has learned there is set to be a “bidding war” over who lands his signature after the show for ongoing work – making the 31-year-old a fortune.
A showbiz source said: “They know Sam is a star. The big bosses are all keeping a very close eye on what he does next because they see him as the next big thing.

“The wonderful thing about Sam is he is just unapologetically himself and that’s what people love. He is set to become a very very rich man when he steps outside that jungle life. And not just him, his girlfriend Zara, is expected to do well too, with them seen as the new power couple.
“We know ITV are already working behind the scenes on what they could offer Sam in terms of work and contracts in the hope of signing him up long term, but the BBC will be keeping a close eye too. He is a set to become Britain’s golden boy.”
Sam has already spoken in the jungle about his hopes to take Staying Relevant, his podcast with pal Pete Wicks – who visited him in the jungle – on tour next year. But jungle bosses are also reportedly keen on signing Sam up as a host for the I’m A Celeb spin off show next year, with talks of a joint adventure reality tv show with fellow camp mate Tony Bellew.

And it isn’t just TV deals lined up for him, former winners have also lined up lucrative sponsorship deals. Vicky Pattinson made her own swimwear range with Pour Moi, Harry Redknapp starred in adverts for McDonalds and Stacey Solomon became the face of Iceland.
An insider continued: “Sam has been honest about his ADHD diagnosis and that has also endeared him to viewers. He is set to land some mega money deals with brands on top of the tv work. We can see next year being the year of Sam Thompson for sure.”
