JLO stepped out looking downtrodden in a relaxed sweatsuit without her massive engagement ring after breaking up with ARod.
The Hustlers star and professional baseball player called off their engagement earlier this month as they decided they were "better as friends."
JLo, 51, appeared down in the dumps as she was seen for the first time since the split.
The actress wore an all-white sweatsuit and Timberland boots as she went on a stroll to grab coffee.
The mom of two left her hair wild and natural and covered her face with large sunglasses as she looked distraught over the breakup.
Despite calling it quits, the celebrity couple was reportedly seen grabbing dinner together this past Friday, at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles.
A source told Page Six that the duo seemed "close" and "amicable" at the restaurant, the same lavish spot where they had their first date in 2017.
“There still seemed to be love and respect there," the insider added.
The outlet shared that JLo and ARod still have a few business ventures together and met to discuss details.
After four years of dating, the couple decided to split ways, following allegations that Alex had been cheating with Southern Charm's Madison LeCroy.
"We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so," they announced publicly.
"We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children.
"Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support."
An inside source told PEOPLE that once the news broke, JLo's decision was final.
"She insisted on it. There are too many issues that are unresolved."
The In Living Color star didn't fully "trust" the former athlete, and the rumors about Madison pushed the concern over the edge.
"She has been pretty miserable," her friend told the outlet, explaining that she "didn't think it was in her best interests to stay with Alex."
The source made it clear that there was no real proof of cheating, but that didn't clear the air between the two.
"Whether or not he has cheated doesn't matter. She won't tolerate the fear of it in the air between them."
JLo shares two kids with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, twins Max and Emme, 13.
Alex also has two children with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, Ella, 13, and Natasha, 16.
Right after the breakup, the New York Yankees player took to his Instagram story to share a heartbreaking video tribute to his relationship with the talented triple-threat.
The MLB player filmed over framed photos of the couple and sweet memories while Coldplay's emotional ballad Fix You played in the background.
Shortly after, Madison LeCroy posted a photo sipping a cocktail as fans predicted that ARod would be coming for her next.
“Mmmm Arod on his way girl get bags pack he coming for you," one commented, though the Bravo star clapped back: “I have a boyfriend!
“Let’s root for each other and watch each other grow.”
Madison also spoke to Page Six about their separation, saying: “I wish them the best.”
