And the 50-year-old squeezed in one final gym workout with her fiance Alex Rodriguez, in Miami on Wednesday, before the city goes into lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Jenny from the Block star showcased her toned physique in a red bra top which flaunted her toned midriff.

She teamed it with skintight patterned leggings, which left little to the imagination.

J-Lo skipped the make-up and sported dark glasses and a golden tan, as she darted into the facility.

The Selena actress was careful to make sure she perked herself up with what appeared to be a coffee, in her own very glitzy travel cup.

She pulled her hair into a tight bun and completed her outfit with black sneakers.
