Jordan accused of ‘faking’ relationship with Anna until he learned she wasn’t liked
Public opinion did a bit of a U-turn on Jordan Hames following the end of last night’s Love Island.
The model appeared to be having second thoughts about curvaceous beauty Anna Vakili in the teaser clip for tonight’s episode.
In a chat with ballroom dancer Curtis Pritchard, the hunk revealed his “head had been turned” by newbie India, who is coupled up with Ovie.
Jordan’s confession came as a huge shock to viewers considering he’d asked Anna to be his girlfriend just a couple of days before.
Love Island fans took to Twitter in their droves to comment on the situation.
One social networker said: “I think Jordan was aware they wouldn’t win but I think it was Anna getting upset over why they were in the bottom three thats planted his doubt. I reckon he’s come to the conclusion that the public don’t like her, that’s why he’s looking for a way out.”
While another continued: “Sorry but Curtis isn’t the one playing the biggest game in the villa. It’s Jordan. Curtis told Amy exactly what happened in Casa Amor whereas Jordan acted like he made no moves… And now that he realises the public doesn’t like him and anna, he wants to jump ship.”
A third added: “Everyone’s saying Molly-Mae’s playing a game, but apparently after Jordan and Anna were put in the bottom three couples he magically started liking India. An explanation please anyone? Anna doesn’t deserve this we can all see she genuinely likes Jordan.”
TV presenter and Stormzy’s girlfriend Maya Jama also waded into the debate.
He said: “My theory is after that challenge Jordan clocked he ain’t winning with Anna an he don’t have to pretend anymore, mate.”
Anna also sensed that something was awry and Jordan may not have been as invested as he initally was.
She said: “I’ve got a bad feeling.”
