CAROL Vorderman has let slip that Kym Marsh secretly MARRIED army major fiance Scott Ratcliff yesterday – following her beloved dad David's cancer diagnosis.

The 45-year-old star has not yet posted about her and 33-year-old Scott's nuptials on social media, but Carol has let the cat out of the bag.

Taking to her Instagram page, the 60-year-old TV favourite posted a mirror selfie showing off her slinky fitted outfit for the do.

Carol captioned the post: "Soooo my big bud Clare and I went to our Kym's @marsh_kym wedding yesterday at Sandhurst. It was BEAUTIFUL.

"Major Scott and the new Mrs Ratcliff were entrancing and so in love. A properly gorgeous life-enhancing day ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

The romantic ceremony comes after Kym's dad was diagnosed with incurable prostate cancer, but she said that he is "responding well to his latest treatment".

Kym previously told OK! magazine of her wedding: "It’s given Dad a little focus and something to look forward to. He’s going to be there to walk me down the aisle and he’s determined that that’s going to be the case."

And discussing plans for her big day, she shared: "It's going to be stunning and a very military wedding."

Kym and Scott were first introduced by a mutual friend, and her Coronation Street co-star, Antony Cotton in 2018.

They announced their engagement in June of this year, with the actress mum to 26-year-old David, 23-year-old Emilie, 10-year-old Polly, and baby Archie who tragically passed away minutes after his birth in 2009.

Scott is dad to six-year-old Renée.
