LIZ Hurley showed off her killer figure during a workout in her garden.

The 54-year-old wore a skimpy floral bikini as she demonstrated a series of simple arm exercises for her Instagram followers on Tuesday.

The British actress told fans, "Every day I like to do a few arm exercises," as she lifted weights above her head.

She did the workout in the huge garden of her Herefordshire country mansion, where she's isolating with eight other people.

Liz captioned the clip: "#lockdown #eveningsun #birdsong."

Her fans flocked to the comments to praise the Austin Powers star's youthful looks, with one writing: "Oh wow,what a figure!"

Another added, "Beautiful as always," while a third penned, "Absolutely gorgeous."

The Royals actress has been sharing many bikini throwbacks during lockdown from a series of old holidays.

She is currently isolating with eight other people – including her 18-year-old son Damian and her mum Angela, who celebrated her 80th there last month.

They're all staying at Liz's £6million 12-bedroom mansion on the edge of the Cotswolds.

It is set in 200 acres and boasts a fishing lake, housekeeper accommodation, its own 21-acre woodland and a tennis court.

Liz recently told Hello! magazine: "I have my whole family here, including my mother, an aunt and a friend who has severe respiratory problems.

“I am completely paranoid that I won't be able to keep them safe and I haven't let anyone leave the house apart from me."

She went on: "I just nip out to local food stores and wear a mask and gloves. I'm terrified of bringing the virus back to my vulnerable guests."

She is also running the household with an iron fist, filling in a colour-coded excel sheet to allocate chores and banning the TV from going on before 6pm so “we don’t all turn into couch potatoes”.

The model added that while she'd love to "fall madly in love" with someone, she doesn't think it's going to happen in lockdown.

Hurley has previously had high-profile relationships with actor Hugh Grant, Australian cricketer Shane Warne and was married to businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 until 2011.
