Love Island's Greg O'Shea joins twitter – but ONLY follows Amber and none of his fellow islanders
GREG O'Shea joined Twitter but refused to follow any of his Love Island friends – bar Amber Gill.
The Rugby player is listed as a 2019 reality star and has already clocked up 14,000 followers after winning the show with fan-favourite Amber.
Proving his affection for the Geordie beautician, the Irish hunk, 24, solely added his villa partner on the site after she shared his profile and wrote: "What it do boo? @GOSofficialpage"
Greg replied: "What this space" and wrote in his profile biography: "Trying this Twitter thing out"
Meanwhile, Amber has caused a storm on Twitter drafting over 160,000 followers and a huge amount of love.
The star has retweeted many memories from the villa, including Greg's final declaration of love to her in which he read her a poem.
Amber and Greg are currently in Ireland together as the hunk introduces his new love to his family and friends.
They met but chance on the show, after she revealed she was asked to go on Love Island a year before but turned it down because she had a boyfriend.
Only six Islanders applied this year and the Geordie stunner admitted she wasn't one of them as she was head-hunted to join the line-up in 2018.
She told fans on Monday: "So I didn't apply for the show, no. I was contacted on Instagram, and so yeah that's how I joined. I was actually asked to go on the show last year but I had a boyfriend. But let's not talk about him!
"So this year I thought why not. And it worked out well I suppose."
Amber met Greg in the final few weeks of the show after she'd been dumped by Michael Griffiths.
In the same chat, Amber said she couldn't wait to be reunited with Greg and was jetting to Ireland on the weekend to finally meet his family.
The giddy star told fans: "I'm going to see Greg this weekend.
"I'm going to fly over to Ireland and spend the weekend with him."
After winning the show, Greg headed straight to Newcastle with Amber to meet all her family and friends and now she's returning the favour.
