Love Island’s Michael breaks silence on on-off romance with Joanna after they’re pictured KISSING

Love Island’s Michael Griffiths has broken his silence over his on-off romance with Joanna Chimonides after they were seen kissing on a night out.

Michael and Joanna’s romance appeared to be over after she branded him a “snake” following her exit from the villa.

But the pair sparked rumours of a reunion after they were seen locking lips earlier this week, sparking rumours that they could be giving things a go outside of the villa.

Michael was quizzed on the status of the romance by Christine Lampard as he appeared on Tuesday’s Lorraine alongside Lucie Donlan as they discussed the show’s final.

“We don’t really know what’s going on right now. That was obviously the first time we’ve met since we came out. We still haven’t had a little sit down chat, so we don’t really know what’s going to happen right now," he explained.

“We’re just playing everything by ear.”

Not shutting down the kiss between himself and Joanna, he responded: “Yeah. But still, we want to sit down and speak about things properly because we have a lot to discuss.”

Christine then added: “I don’t think she’s turned off her feelings, you see.”

“You can’t turn feelings off,” Michael responded.

It comes after reports that Michael and Joanna were “all over each other” at Kisstory on the Common in London last Saturday.
