Love Island’s Theo Campbell says he ‘can’t see anything’ after op to fix his eye after horror accident
THEO Campbell has revealed his visibility has got worse following the latest surgery on his eye, saying “I can’t see anything”.
The Love Island star, 30, has required a number of ops after being hit in the eye by a champagne cork at Wayne Lineker’s O Beach club in Ibiza in 2019.
Yesterday, he went to hospital to have the stiches in his eye removed but they failed to get them all out.
Once out of surgery, Theo was left horrified by his appearance and was shocked about how little he could now see.
Removing his bandage, he exclaimed: “Oh my god, I hope I don’t stay like this. I look like the hunchback of Notre dame. I can’t open it, I can’t see s**t either. This is ten times worse than what it was.”
He continued: “So I think my eye is not opening because of the anaesthetic but I can’t see anything, everything is yellow.
"I think that is from the anaesthetic as well but after it’s yellow everything looks zoomed in. I can’t see anything, it’s super zoomed and super blurry.”

Theo revealed there are still two stitches remaining in his eye, but admitted he was concerned his vision would now not improve – saying it’s gone from a 4/10 to 1/10.
The reality star launched legal proceedings after he lost the entirety of his eyesight in his right eye after the horror incident.
He was rushed to hospital and underwent two rounds of surgery when his eye "split in half" after being hit during a champagne spray party.
The former GB 400m runner says he suffered a cut eyelid which needed 11 stitches and a cornea injury, and has undergone operations in Ibiza and the UK.
