Miley Cyrus shows off collection of 50 tattoos including dogs, skeletons and one on her lip – The Sun

MILEY Cyrus just debuted a new tattoo on her forearm.

The 27-year-old singer showed off a skeleton wearing a crown and with a heart over its chest tattooed on her arm on Instagram stories.

This tattoo is now part of her growing collection of tattoos, making a grand total of over 50 tattoos.

In early October, the singer showed off two other new tattoos.

One was a matching rock and roll tattoo with boyfriend, Cody Simpson.

The other one was of the year '92 tattooed on the back of her neck to symbolize her birth year.

Some of her most prominent tattoos are tributes to many of her dogs, a Theodore Roosevelt quote, a dream catcher on her rib cage, a portrait of her grandmother, a lip tattoo of a bear, and an alien.

One of her friends told PEOPLE that the dream catcher with four feathers represents protection for her four siblings.

The Theodore Roosevelt quote tattoo reads: "so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."

The tattoo artist Kat Von D did Miley's portrait of her grandmother, Mammie.

The alien on her ankle is one of many matching tattoos she got with estranged husband, Liam Hemsworth.

Miley and Liam split back in August and rumors, which included everything from drug abuse to cheating, swirled as to why their marriage ended after their wedding in December 2018.

Miley then moved on to Kaitlynn Carter and is now with Cody Simpson.

Liam has also found love again with Maddison Brown.
