Molly-Mae Hague reveals pregnancy symptoms that made her fear she would 'collapse' | The Sun

MOLLY-MAE Hague feared she would "collapse" as she experienced extreme hunger pains during pregnancy.

The Love Island star – who is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Tommy Fury – said she was eating "obscene amounts of food" to stop her from feeling unwell.

"It's been a six-month journey already, I wrote down a bit of a list of all the symptoms that I've experienced during my first and second trimester," Molly-Mae told fans on her latest YouTube video.

"In my first trimester, I had very mild nausea which was instantly cured by me having a nice hearty meal or a good snack.

"My main symptom throughout my whole pregnancy has been hunger, especially through my first trimester the hunger was unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life.

"I know pregnant women eat for two and you experience hunger – but I didn't realise it was like a clinical, medical thing.

"Sometimes I'd be in the car with Tommy and be like 'if you don't pull over to a service station right now and help me get some food, I am going to collapse on the floor,

"That was the levels it was, it was unbelievable, I had to be eating at least five big meals a day with snack in between.

"Then from week 14 onwards thankfully that calmed down because I couldn't have carried on eating the way I was – it was obscene amounts of food that I needed to eat to keep myself feeling good and not sick."

The media personality listed some of her other side-effects, including bleeding gums and insomnia.

"I experienced very mild tiredness in the early stages. But from between week 15 and 17 was probably the worst couple of weeks of my pregnancy in terms of how I felt," she continued.

"I was so tired I could barely get off the sofa, I didn't have a single bit of energy to do anything.

"I think that came about because I was acting so normal through my pregnancy, travelling about, going to Iceland, Lanzarote, I was shooting here there any everywhere.

"I think it was my body telling me to slow down and act a bit pregnant.

"Extreme emotions up to seven weeks, I was so emotional, I cried literally every single day.

"I was a tricky time anyway, emotions were very high, and I was crying a lot and I felt sad a lot, which is so weird because all of our dreams had come true, I had fallen pregnant and was so so happy but I couldn't feel that happiness until about eight weeks.

"I felt quite sad which is something I didn't expect."

She added: "I also had insomnia during my first trimester, I had bad night sleeps, I'd be lying there wide awake and had bad nightmares, really vivid dreams.

"Bleeding gums, that's something I've experienced through my pregnancy from about week 12 onwards, brushing my teeth and spitting out pure blood.

"I also had nose bleeds – I had a couple in Switzerland but I think that might be a coincidence."

Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury revealed they are having a girl with a gender reveal inside their home.

Posting a joyful clip on Instagram of them being showered in pink confetti, Molly wrote: "OUR LITTLE…"

Delighted Molly jumped for joy as she embraced Tommy, who looked over the moon.
