NEWLY single Gareth Gates has liked Belle Hassan’s sexy picture after his split with Faye Brookes – and follows a string of stunning Love Island stars.

Earlier this week, The Sun Online revealed the 35-year-old singer and the former Coronation Street actress had called off their engagement.

Gareth had proposed to Faye, 31, in January after a seven year on-off relationship.

But amid reports of jealousy and rows, the couple called time on their relationship this week, with Faye cancelling her plans to move to London to remain in the North West near her family.

Gareth has also asked for the £30K engagement ring he gave Faye to be returned, and the actress was pictured without it yesterday.

Meanwhile Gareth has followed a number of sexy Love Island stars like Maura Higgins and 2017 contestant Olivia Attwood.

He also made sure to like a sexy snap of Belle, 21, who is dating fellow Islander Anton Danyluk.

The picture in question saw Belle perched on the end of a bathtub in a figure hugging leopard print dress with black mesh side panels.

Flashing her cleavage and her mini red handbag, Belle held the ends of her blonde hair while giving the camera a seductive look after a night at Menagerie Restaurant in Manchester.

Earlier today, Faye looked devastated as she stepped out for the first time since we revealed the news of the split.

The star has already cut contact with Gareth by unfollowing him online.

A source told The Sun Online: "The split has been really upsetting for both parties.

"Gareth asked Faye to hand the ring over after they broke up."

The insider continued: "Faye was surprised but gave it back to him without a fuss."
