Stacey Solomon fights back tears as she buys first bits for her daughter's nursery
STACEY Solomon fought back tears of joy and pride as she showed off her first purchases for her unborn daughter.
The 31-year-old, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child picked up an impressive haul of charity shop finds while on holiday in Cornwall.
Stacey is enjoying a British staycation on the coast of Cornwall alongside her fiance Joe Swash and their son Rex, one.
The trio were forced to rush back to their rental home after getting rained out, but not before the Loose Women panellist loaded up Joe "like a buckaroo" with her charity shopping treasure.
"Joe's got about a thousand bags," Stacey laughed as they rushed home.
Once inside, Joe took Rex off for a hot shower and Stacey took the chance to show off her shopping.
One of the pieces that 'got her emotional' was a gorgeous "little pink frilly baby set" that she picked up for £2.
"I can't even describe how weird it feels buying this stuff," Stacey captioned the Instagram story.
Stacey then welled up and held the set over her growing belly: "there she is", she said as she fought back tears.
"I've never bought anything like this in my life," the mum-of-three admitted.
"Best day ever."
Stacey then shared a photo of some other bits she bought for the baby's nursery, including Rex's choice of a stuffed bunny for her.
She also picked up a couple of baskets for £6 each and two babygros.
"My tummy keeps going funny. I can't believe she's coming," Stacey wrote.
Stacey and Joe headed off on their holidays after finding out she's expecting a baby girl.
She said she can't wait to start planning her baby shower and nursery for her first daughter.
"I can not wait to go baby shopping and buy dresses," she told fans on Instagram.
"And make girly stuff for my baby shower."
Stacey shared a moodboard of baby pink images with green accents and roses as she revealed the aesthetic she's been dreaming of.
"And decorate a girl's bedroom," she continued.
"Honestly I can not even get my head around it! I'm so excited."
She is already mum to 13-year-old Zachary, and nine-year-old Leighton from previous relationships.
