Meghan Markle, revealed she and Prince Harry lost their second child as she suffered a miscarriage in July. Addressing the news on Good Morning Britain today, Susanna Reid was overcome with emotion as she read out the Duchess of Sussex’s piece from the New York Times.

Susanna remarked: “It’s written directly by Meghan, very open and honest.”

“That is a very open brutal honest account,” she continued.

The presenter later added: “Meghan always wants to be open about things when she can because she knows that will provide some comfort to others.”
