The Voice coach Kelly Clarkson nearly brought to tears by 'incredible' singer Tamara Jade in season 19 sneak peek

Kelly Clarkson was nearly brought to tears on The Voice after "incredible" singer Tamara Jade's performance in the show's season 19 sneak peak.

The popular singing competition, which returns with new episodes on October 19, will include the Bowie, Maryland, performer who sang Lizzo's Cuz I Love You for her audition.

Kelly was the first to turn her chair around for the 30-year-old with her co-judges, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and John Legend, doing the same right after.

After Tamara was done belting her notes, the American Idol alum tried her best to convince her to join her team.

She said: "You are incredible! Oh, my gosh. What is your name, and where have you been?"

Kelly, 38, then told the excited singer that she believed in her talent so much that she pictured her in the show's finale.

Kelly proceeded to serious as she tried to keep herself from getting emotional: "Everybody needs to be inspired right now. That's why this is called The Voice is you want someone that really moves everyone, and that's you.

"I do think it would be helpful to have, I don't know, someone who's navigated a vocal competition. I just think that you should be on my team because I love you."

She added: "I've had a minute to collect myself. One thing I really love about your voice, too, is a lot of people that love to do vocal runs sound like they're trying, and yours sounds like you're just simply exhaling."

The clips cuts out before viewers learn who Tamara ended up choosing as her coach.

The sneak peek comes as Kelly continues to deal with her marriage as she filed for divorce from ex-husband Brandon Blackstock in June, citing “irreconcilable differences."

The TV personality also requested joint custody of their two children, daughter River Rose, six, and son, Remington, four.

Brandon, 43, has two kids from a previous marriage.

In a recent interview, the hitmaker told ET that it’s been really hard dealing with the aftermath of her divorce because breaking up is "just a really s**ty thing."

Kelly also explained that she has no problem opening up about her personal life.

She told the outlet: “I've fought my entire career just to be me because most managers and publicists get nervous with me because I am an open book and labels and people frowned upon it early on.

“But, I don't do it for anyone else, honestly. I don't know, I come from a small town, I'm used to everybody knowing everything anyway."

She continued: “I feel like if you're hiding something, there must be something wrong with it.

“And there's nothing wrong with anything — life just kind of happens, and it takes turns that you don't expect and are sad."

Kelly previously spoke about her divorce fallout, telling Willie Geist on Sunday TODAY: "I mean, it's no secret. My life has been a little bit of a dumpster … personally, it's been a little hard the last couple months.

"I've been talking to friends that have been through divorce. I don't know how people go through that without having some kind of outlet because it is the worst thing ever for everyone involved."

Kelly is currently working on her most "personal" album yet.
