Vernon Kay flirts with wife Tess Daly as he supports her hosting final Strictly show from home

VERNON Kay decided it was his turn to support his other half on TV, sharing a snap of his wife Tess Daly presenting the final Strictly show.

After weeks of Tess, 51, supporting her husband during his stint on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, the tables were turned as Vernon championed his TV host other half.

Taking to Instagram, the 46-year-old shared a snap of his wife alongside a trio of fire emojis, admitting he was "dancing" at home.

"Final time @bbcstrictly," he wrote to his followers. "Looking [fire] @tessdaly. Such a great show!!! We are watching, dancing away!"

Sitting close up to the tele, Vernon had taken a picture of Tess addressing the camera, showing off her incredible figure in a sparkling golden dress.

Feeling flirty, Vernon didn't stop there – heading over to Tess' Instagram page to comment "hubba bubba" and heart eyes under a photo of her outfit.

He wasn't the only one to agree, with a host of other celebs including Amanda Holden and fellow I'm A Celeb contestant Shane Richie taking to the comments.

Shane joked on Vernon's post: "Oi lanky nuts! I have a similar dress… Just saying."

While competing in the ITV show this year, devoted Tess frequented Instagram to share her support and wish her husband home.

She told The Sun: "I was a nervous wreck every night! My heart was in my mouth and I don’t think I slept for two weeks, I couldn’t even string a sentence together! 

"I worried if he was cold, too hungry – I’m a feeder by nature, I’m happy when people are eating, so I freaked about him not eating. I could see it in his face that he was losing weight."

The mum-of-two said she "sobbed" watching Vernon, admitting that "whenever he welled up" she felt like she "was going through it with him".

But she insisted it had helped their relationship grow, saying: "Time apart does bring us closer."
