PERRI Kiely was favourite to win ITV's Dancing on Ice 2020, but lost out to Joe Swash in the live final, coming a close second with an impressive final performance earning a perfect score from the judges.
He's a famous dancer who gained nationwide fame when he won Britain's Got Talent with his dance group Diversity. Here's all you need to know…
Who is Perri Kiely?
24-year-old street dancer Perri from Essex, joined dance troupe Diversity back in 2007.
After two years of training, the group appeared on Britain’s Got Talent – he was just 14-years-old and wowed the judges with his acrobatic moves.
Following a breathtaking performance in the final, the dancers famously beat Susan Boyle to take the crown in 2009.
The ITV talent show proved a popular platform for Perri, who performed with Diversity at a number of events and festivals across the globe and is now a well-known TV star, taking part in the likes of Splash and Got to Dance.
Where did Perri place on Dancing on Ice?
Perri was the bookies favourite to win Dancing on Ice 2020, but lost out to Eastenders actor Joe Swash in the live final.
Despite pulling off a dangerous back flip on the ice and scoring 40 out of 40 with skating partner Vanessa Bauer for his final performance, the pair came a close second in the competition.
Many fans were left disappointed that Perri didn't take the trophy after his impressive Bolero routine, claiming that he'd been "robbed" of the victory.
One Tweet but a shocked fan read:"There ya go. I've said it many times before…give the British public a vote at your peril. Guaranteed to f*** it up. I like Swashy, lovely lovely fella, but the show is about the BEST dancer on ice. Perri absolutely robbed."
Host Philip Schofield quizzed Perri after announcing Joe as the champion, saying:"Everyone thought you had this in the bag."
Still smiling and gracious after defeat, the Diversity star replied: "I've achieved everything I wanted to. Joe has come so far and I've genuinely made a friend for life with Joe, he's my brother. I love you mate."

In 2013, he was announced as backstage co-presenter for the fourth series of Got to Dance, where he hosted alongside fellow Diversity member Jordan Banjo.
His other noteworthy television credits include Get Your Skills On, Ashley Banjo’s Big Town Dance and You’re Back in the Room.

He also competed in Celebrity Great British Bake Off, which he eventually went on to win.
Is Perri Keily dating anyone?
The last time Perri was linked to anyone romantically was in 2018, when he was spotted on a date with Love Island's Amber Davies.
In November 2018 The Sun exclusively revealed that Amber and Perri had been on a string of dates.
A source said at the time: “Amber and Perri are in the early stages of their romance but things are going very well between them.
“They share a lot of the same friends and hit it off right away after being introduced to each other.
“Fans of Perri still remember him as being a young boy in Diversity but he’s grown up since then and his muscly physique definitely proved attractive to Amber.”
However, Perri is currently believed to be single.
The Dancing on Ice champion has previously revealed his struggle to find love, appearing on E4 series Celebs Go Dating in 2017, claiming that people still see him a youngster.
He explained: "People don't go for people like me. When Diversity won Britain's Got Talent I was really young, and in people's heads I'm trapped in that bubble".
